Samādhi Pāda · Sutra 47

निर्विचारवैशारद्येऽध्यात्मप्रसादः

nirvicāra-vaiśāradye'dhyātma-prasādaḥ

With mastery in nirvicāra [arises] clarity of the inner self.

Vaiśāradya means mastery, consummate skill, effortless clarity. When the state of nirvicāra stabilizes and becomes natural, adhyātma-prasāda arises — the clarity, serenity, and luminosity of the inner being.

Adhyātma means “related to the Self.” Prasāda is grace, clarity, deep peace. It is a state of interior transparency where the Puruṣa begins to recognize itself.

This is not yet the final samādhi, but it is the threshold. Consciousness has been purified to the point where true nature can be reflected without distortion.
