Non-stealing. Third yama of Ashtanga Yoga.

It goes beyond material theft. It includes:

• Not appropriating others’ time
• Not taking credit for others’ work
• Not desiring what belongs to another
• Not exploiting resources beyond necessity

Asteya cultivates the attitude that everything necessary will arrive in its time, reducing anxiety about accumulation.
